Warranty Claims

Follow the instructions below to initiate your warranty claim.

Contact Technical Support
Start by calling our dedicated support line: 0818 273 274. Speak directly with one of our team or leave a message, and we’ll get back to you promptly to discuss the issue.
Complete the Warranty Form
After speaking with an engineer, complete the online warranty form in full. Accurate information is essential for us to process your claim.
Send Us a Video of the Fault
Provide a video clearly showing the fault on the unit or CF31 controller (for the Fog Bandit 320). ⚠️This step is mandatory - without visual evidence, we cannot proceed with your claim. Instructions for sending the video will be emailed once your warranty form is submitted.
Claim Decision
Once your form and video are received, please allow up to 3 working days for a response. Our team may contact you with additional questions if required. Note: No warranty claims will be processed without a video.‍
Return Instructions (If Required)
If a return is necessary, we’ll issue you a unique returns number. Send the item in its original packaging (replacement packaging can be provided if needed). Please note: return shipping costs may apply.
Dispatch of Replacement Parts
Once the fault has been assessed, we’ll dispatch a replacement part.
